Service Team 

The core team of us are service delivery and resource development team. We’re focusing on providing professional and whole process controlled high-quality IT service experience to win customer trust and word-of-mouth recommendation. 

Our service delivery team have over 15 years working experience for most of the Fortune Global 500 companies in China, we deeply understanding of customer needs.

We work with customer’s team closely to be sure to match their needs before service, then we divide the needs into controllable processes, and do training for our FE before providing service.

We monitor whole processes when FEs serve onsite and keep customer posted on this.When service finished, we share the service report within SLA. We do service knowledge management if need to improve the service effectively.

Wide Coverage

We have over 40,000 FEs with good service attitudes and technology all over the mainland China to provide IT desktop, network and system services. By this wide coverage, we can reach every corner to match our customer need.

Fixed FEs

We match at least three FEs to each customer, all FEs backup each other. By doing this way, we can assign a FE who is familiar with the customer’s IT environment every service time to provide effectively onsite service.

Pay-for-use

No need concerns the budget and IT service quality, just pay-for-use after service done.
